about
My name is Jônatas Manzolli, and I hold a PhD in Sustainable Energy Systems from the University of Coimbra. I also earned an MSc in Energy for Sustainability and a BS in Electrical Engineering. During my undergraduate studies, I had the opportunity to participate in an exchange programme at the Technical University of Munich, supported by a CsF/DAAD scholarship.
My research in electrical mobility has been recognised with the SYLFF Award for Young World Leaders in 2019, and I was invited to join the International Workshop on Innovating (IWI) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. My areas of expertise include fast charging techniques, route optimisation, urban mobility, and electric vehicles.
I have further distinguished myself by placing among the top ten in the EDP University Challenge and becoming a finalist in the Oeiras Valley Award. My professional experience includes working at IAV Automotive Engineering in Munich (2015–2016), and I am currently a research fellow at the Institute for Systems Engineering and Computers at Coimbra (INESCC).
Please feel free to explore my projects and contact me with any questions or suggestions. Together, we can make the world a better place.
